The Svadhisthana Chakra (Sacral plexus) is present at the point of the genitals; from here, we express our sensual power and attain the pleasure of sex.

Sva = Self
Adhisthana = Place

Translation by Guruji Om Swami

The Devi in the Sacral plexus (Svadhisthana Chakra) has four faces, she is of yellow color and is holding a spike. She is situated in the body fat, likes honey, and is surrounded by Bandhinya and other attendant energies. The Devi likes victuals with yogurt and her name is Kakini.

Interpretation: All the sentients on earth (with consciousness) have the natural tendencies to live and coitus. That is nature’s requirement to grow and thrive. That creates the natural clinginess of our life. If you have ever watched the TV show “The Good Place,” you will remember how Janet begs for her life every time they try to reboot her.

We want to live a forever happy life. We try to hold on to our life, loved ones, and the wealth we have acquired and never want to let it go. We constantly look for happiness in our possessions and what we can achieve in the future. Most of the time, that leads to suffering and not knowing the cause; we try to cling to everything around us. But we forget that we can’t grow unless we let go!

The extreme need for sensual pleasure can lead to the most beautiful outcome of our creative energy. Still, it can also arouse our sense of possession, jealousy, hate, and envy. Many also compromise their self-respect.

Color: Yellow
Devi Name: Kakini
Seed Syllable: KAM
Govern: Earth element
Diet: Devi likes honey and food with yogurt.
As one meditates on the Sacral plexus (Svadhisthana Chakra), regulate their diet to include more honey and yogurt. Meditating on the Sacral plexus (Svadhisthana Chakra) allows the practitioner to positively influence all bodily ailments, including cholesterol and blocked arteries.

Faces: Four
Her symbolic four faces represent four aspects of thoughts and feelings.
1. Manas = Mind
2. Buddhi = Intelligence
3. Chitta = Consciousness
4. Ahamkara = Pride, ego, one’s individuality.

How does it affect us?

We get more than 6000 plus thoughts a day. All these thoughts are empty till we give them attention. Most thoughts come and go; we don’t give them much importance. A thought that we are unable to let go of; gets grabbed by our Consciousness (Chitta), and now we are noticing that thought. Consciousness starts evaluating the pros and cons of the thought passed on to our mind. (manas) but after a lengthy back-and-forth evaluation, it still can’t make any decision, so it gets forwarded to our intelligence (Buddhi). Here it changes from just a thought to an idea. It decides whether to pursue that thought or not as we get OK from our intelligence (Buddhi). To convert the thought into action, it gets passed onto our ego (ahamkara), our pride, and the existence of our individuality. Unfortunately, ego is insecure, wants to be in charge of everything, and clings to control.

Ego doesn’t welcome the concept of letting go. It prevents us from experiencing the divine union in spirituality. Ego plays as Maya, separating us from what’s around us. Ego is against and avoids surrendering and is not capable of handling a loss; otherwise, ego gets hurt.
But, in divine coitus, we learn to completely let go of our ego.

How does the Sacral plexus (Svadhisthana Chakra) help you?

Your sensuous conduct, thoughts, and sexual actions can be controlled by meditating on the Sacral plexus (Svadhisthana Chakra). It has precise and swift results on your state of mind.

Suppose you would like to overcome your addictions, you may have or heal your suppressed or repressed emotions; in that case, working on the Sacral plexus (Svadhisthana Chakra) would give you profound results. It also helps you to rise above your mindless actions. It navigates you to focus your energy on fulfillment towards your desire, duty, material acquisition, or liberation, depending on what you want to pursue in life.

Devi is holding a spike.

She reminds us to master the perfect one-pointed concentration on the Sacral plexus (Svadhisthana Chakra). Bandhini and other attendant devis refer to the bandhas.

Four Bandha in Yoga

Bandhas = Locks

What Are Bandhas? In yoga practice, bandhas are energy locks of the body.

Mula Bandha — the root lock
Jalandhara Bandha — the throat lock
Uddiyana Bandha — lifting of the diaphragm lock
Maha Bandha — all three locks at the same time

If you are already practicing yoga, you are familiar with the Bandhas. You may continue practicing them while working on the Sacral plexus (Svadhisthana Chakra) one-pointed meditation.

If you are unfamiliar with any yoga practice or Bandha’s, that’s all right. You will gain the same results if you can maintain your one-pointed meditation.

MULOTEJANA KRIYA — Pranayama

Activate your root and the Svadhisthana Chakras (Sacral plexus) by performing MULOTEJANA KRIYA pranayama, meditation, and mantra chanting.

Clarification: I follow the truth, my beloved Guruji.
Yes, I am aware that traditional texts state the seed syllable to be VAM for the chakra and the color orange of the chakra. This Sadhana is explained by my enlightened beloved Guruji, who has awakened his Kundalini and is the master of Meditation. The information is from a direct source, not anybody else’s opinions, writings, blogs, or word of mouth. I hope you accept the truth and choose wisely. Please follow what you believe is correct.

Truth is not what it should be but what it is.

Neither color nor seed syllabus is much use eventually. You can gain all that with the kundalini mantra. More than the syllables, the visualization quality makes all the difference, so please be assured that you can still get the results well.

Meditate on The Svadhisthana Chakra (Sacral plexus), where the kundalini is.
