The Muladhara Chakra is present at the base of the spine.

This is where our whole life is. We spend our life gratifying ourselves, acting, and running towards unnecessary gross desires that never get fulfilled. We do it repeatedly, thinking we may achieve this time.

Translation by Guruji Om Swami:
Based in the root chakra is the Devi with five faces. This Devi is also situated in the bones. She holds a goad and a benedictory hand gesture. She loves food prepared with lentils, and her name is Sakini.

Muladhara Chakra details

Color: Vibrant orange

Devi Name: Sakini

Seed Syllable: SAM (pronounced sung, with a soft “g” in the end)

Govern: Earth element

Faces: Five
Her symbolic five faces represent five sense organs, five conative organs, and five elements.
1)Five Conative organs: Hands, two feet, mouth, genitals, and anus. With the help of these, we can perform.
2)Five Cognitive organs: Eyes, ear, nose, tongue, and skin. These help us experience the surroundings.
3)Five Elements: Earth, water, fire, air, and space. The physical existence can be experienced and indulged by the Cognitive organs and conative organs.

Situated: Five gross elements, five Conative, and five cognitive organs and Bones (asthi-samsthita). Meditation on Muladhara Chakra can improve the health of your bones and prevent bone disease.

Devi is holding a goad (an Ankush). A goad is a pointed, tiny tool used to control the elephant by the elephant rider. This helps the elephant focus and follow the instructions.
Our mind is like an elephant, large, powerful, wild, and destructive if not in control. Muladhara Chakra is the first chakra in the Kundalini awakening. Here we have not yet learned the technique to tame the mind. Thus it is not in our complete control.
Devi Sakini reminds us that concentrative meditation with mindfulness and determination (a goad) is required to tame the mind. If we rush and force, our minds will run over us like wild elephants.
He is also blessing us with the benedictory hand gesture, assuring us that we will succeed in awakening the Muladhara chakra energy if we are consistent, focused, and with a cheerful determination.

Muladhara Chakra Dominates: Vata prakruti

Details on Ayurveda Vata prakruti

Vata constitutes vitality and governs all movement processes at a microcellular and macroscopic level — from the blinking of your eyelids to the movements of your muscles. This energy is also responsible for circulation, respiration, and the nervous system. Vata is the foundation of our sense of well-being, which is why keeping this dosha in balance is so vital.

Vata types are exceptionally creative, communicative, and brimming with ideas. They are quick on the uptake and quick to forget. Amongst other things, people with a Vata constitution have a delicate bone structure. They are physically very active. Appetite and digestion are variable. Vata types love sweet, sour, and salty foods. They may suffer from cold hands and feet.

Diet

Devi like mudguaudna (Soup of lentil beans and rice).

As you are working on your Muladhara Chakra awakening energy (six months, 4–6 hours a day), make sure to include plenty of lentil beans and rice and avoid fatty food to prevent lethargy during meditation. No fried food. A vegetarian diet will give you quicker results.

The Benefits of Muladhara Chakra energy

Command over the Muladhara chakra gives you better health and is suitable for your bones. You also develop higher sensitivity to the five subtle elements of sound, touch, taste, form, and smell.

With dedicated and extensive meditation performed on the Muladhara Chakra awakening energy, you will develop harmonious peace and a feeling of well-being. Your carnal desires (sexual and physical, without any spiritual element) and unwelcomed thoughts will fade away effortlessly.

The achieved mastery is notable by a healthy decrease in the appetite as you start processing the gross elements much more nuanced way than before. You will also experience the intensity and higher sensitivity towards sentient beings around you. Now you are not just walking the path of spirituality but rising above being just a human.

Clarification: I follow the truth, my beloved Guruji.
Yes, I am aware that traditional texts state the seed syllable to be LAM for the chakra and the color red of the chakra. This Sadhana is explained by my enlightened beloved Guruji, who has awakened his Kundalini and is the master of Meditation. The information is from a direct source, not from anybody else’s opinions, writings, blogs, or word of mouth. I hope you accept the truth and choose wisely. Please follow what you believe is correct.

Truth is not what it should be but what it is.

Neither color nor seed syllabus is much use eventually. You can gain all that with the kundalini mantra.

More than the syllables, the visualization quality makes all the difference, so please be assured that you can still get the results well.

Meditate on Muladhara using Kundalini Mantra, where the kundalini is.
