Thank you for a wonderful article. Yes, now a days, mediation has become a very popular and every one has their cent added in it. Sometime, the core message and the value get drift off.

As long as your focus or attention remains intact with the activity, such as breathing, listening, thinking, working, etc., you are meditating.

Very well said, but I hope readers will understand that the focus is on only ONE action.

For example, if you are thinking, you can think only one thought. If any other thought gets add up in it, that is not meditation, it just simply chartering with your mind.

Listening: If you are listening a song, just focus on the song. It is not a meditation once we start focusing on the melody, the beat, instruments, wordings etc., these are many different thoughts coming together.
