Kundalini was first mentioned in Lalita Sahasranama. Yes, we do have seven chakras and three knots in us and to awaken the Kundalini we have to work on our seven chakras and untie the knots. But there is no such thing as cleaning chakra, it’s not a machine where we have to oil it and take the trash out in it so it can start rotating. There is no such thing as blocked Chakra. This is just pure ignorance.

Unfortunately, society is spreading ignorance and taking advantage of people in need.
